The goal of the Spirit Centering work is to assist us in getting “in touch”  with the inner guidance system which is within all of us. The Spirit Centering work can be seen as a focusing system--a way to access that inner landscape which is  referred to variously as inner wisdom, the spirit inside, the inner wise child, soul, intuition.  Whatever it is called, when you are truly in touch with the “bigger you” that is your guidance system (see Abraham-Hicks.com), you are on your path, and you feel good. When you are not on your path, not in touch with that which truly makes you happy, you feel bad.  It is not an intellectual  experience, it is an emotional or “gut” sensation, which, when accessed, can move us toward a sense of well-being and confidence.  By relaxing the conscious egoic mind through releasing habitual tensions and  looking at our learned or conditioned thought patterns, we may find a way to the real desires and gifts which are waiting inside for all of us.
